Terms of Use

Please read our terms:

•    All of our rates include VAT.
  • In order to confirm your reservation a deposit of 50% of the reservation's total amount is required.
  • In case of cancellation of your reservation or in case of non-show the deposit is not refundable
  • We accept: Deposit at a Paypal account, all major credit cards and deposit in our bank account.
  • For Asanti Villa 1 : Extra adult or child €75 / night after 4 guests.
     For Asanti Villa 2 : Extra adult or child €30 / night after 2 guests.
  • Minimum duration of reservation is two (2) nights.
  • Check in 15:00 p.m.
  • Check out 11:00 a.m.
  • Check out after 11:00 a.m. upon request.
  Additional charges are applicable for late check out (after 11:00 a.m.) i.e. 50% of the current price per night.
  • Travel Cot is available upon request.
  • The use of premises and amenities is strictly for guests that stay in the Asanti Villas.
