House Rules

• Kindly note that the Asanti Villas are within a residential area where certain police regulations apply which provide that the quiet hours: (a) 15:00-17:30 & 23:00-07:00 for 01/04 – 30/09 and (b) 15:30-17:30 & 22:00-07:30 for 01/10 – 31/03, should be respected.
  • Asanti 1 & 2 are separate villas where guests stay respectively, who all share the entire complex with each other.
  • We kindly ask you to turn off electrical appliances and lights when it is not necessary and when leaving the villas.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The use of the premises, amenities and facilities is strictly for guests that stay in the Asanti Villas.
  • The use of equipment such as barbecue that it is not part of the villas, is not allowed.
  • Heavy drinking, use of drugs and use of violence are strictly prohibited.
  • The swimming pool rules set out in the respective pool area must be observed and adhered to.
  • Minors and/or elderly persons must be under the constant supervision of an adult.
  • No glass containers in the pool area are allowed.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the villas.
  • When smoking near the pool, please use the plastic ashtrays.
  • Do not enter the villas wet after having used the swimming pool.
  • Do not make use of the sheets and/or towels while wearing an oil sunscreen product.
  • Interior decoration objects and/or furniture are not allowed to be moved at the swimming pool or outside the villas.
  • If a guest intentionally or accidentally causes damage to the villa (including its furniture, decoration or other facilities), the guest will compensate Asanti Villas for that damage.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE RENTING A PRIVATE HOME. WE KINDLY ASK THAT WHILE YOU ENJOY YOUR STAY THAT YOU PLEASE TREAT OUR HOME WITH THE SAME RESPECT YOU WOULD LIKE SHOWN TO YOUR OWN HOME.
